Product introduction 

MTBE Etherification strong acid catalyst is a macroporous styrene-based strong acid cation exchange resin with suitable pore structure, specific surface area and catalytic activity. 

In industrial use, it is characterized by good catalytic activity at low temperature, high conversion rate of isobutene, strong selectivity, and no corrosion to equipment.

 

MTBE etherification strong acid catalyst is mainly used for the etherification reaction of methanol and isobutylene to prepare methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) as a catalyst.

Product Basic Info

MTBE etherification strong acid catalyst has a high conversion rate (in the MTBE device with catalytic distillation, the 20-meter-high bale is packed, the isobutylene content is 20%, and the isobutylene content in the remaining C4 is below 0.02%, generally only about 0.08%). Strong performance (the purity of MTBE).

The conversion rate and selectivity of materials during the use of the MTBE etherification strong acid catalyst are directly related to the reaction temperature, reaction pressure, content of etherifiable olefins, and reaction flow of the device.
