Hydrocarbon Steam Pre Reforming Catalysts

1. Applied to pre- reforming process of higher hydrocarbons and steam reforming process of partial hydrocarbons to generate methane- rich gas.

2. Suitable to a wide range of hydrocarbon feedstock, such as naphtha, LPG, light hydrocarbons, refinery off- gas, natural gas etc., which can be used alone or in combination.

3. Suitable for fixed bed pre- reformer.  


Product introduction 

1. High content of nickel stably dispersed on porous carrier, resulting in good low temperature activity an activity stability.

2. Both oxidized and reduced catalysts can be supplied, the oxidized catalyst needs to be activated in situ, while the reduced one can be used directly.

3. Reduction gas is needed to project the pre- reforming catalysts during start up and shut down.

4. Introduction of hydrocarbon feedstock alone or in combination, switching or dosage adjustment of feeds does not affect the normal use of the catalyst.
