Low temperature sulfur tolerant shift catalyst

1) Suitable for medium pressure, low temperature and low water/gas ratio sulfur tolerant shift process.

2) Suitable for medium pressure, high CO content and low water/gas ratio sulfur tolerant shift process.

3)Provide better performance than normal catalysts in axial-radial reactor and isothermal reactor.


Product introduction 

1) New TiO2-MgO-Al2O3 carrier, more stable catalyst structure and stronger hydration resistance.

2) In Co-Mo-K/TiO2-MgO-Al2O3 based sulfur tolerant shift catalyst, the synergy of alkali metal and TiO2 make catalyst have low light off temperature and goodlow temperature activity.

3) Unique preparation technique including K fixing method significantly reduces K loss rate and increases the activity stability and structure stability of catalysts.

4) Spherical catalyst provides with good loading performance and uniform gas flow distribution, especially suitable for axial-radial reactor and isothermal reactor.

5) Excellent adaptability to high space velocity and high water/gas ratio, good operating flexibility, high mechanical strength; strong resistance to poison and long service.
