Catalyst Assistant for Improving the Yield of Propylene

HCSP catalyst assistant for improving the yield of propylene is a high-efficiency solid co-catalyst that can significantly improve the yield of propylene and butene in refinery catalytic cracking units.


Product introduction 

 HCSP catalyst assistant for improving the yield of propylene is adopted ZSM-5 shape-selective molecular sieve with high activity and high stability, using unique shape-selective molecular sieve modification technology and special preparation process.HCSP catalytic cracking propylene auxiliary can not only avoid the dilution effect on the main catalyst due to the addition of excessive shape-selective molecular sieves or propylene agent, but also can significantly improve the yield of light olefins, especially propylene.

 

   When the added amount reaches about 5% of the system storage capacity, the liquefied gas yield increases by more than 4%, the propylene concentration in the liquefied gas increases by more than 3%.The gasoline octane increases to a certain extent,but it does not affect the product distribution of the catalytic device and the gasoline diesel product quality.


Characteristics as follows,

1. Adding HCSP catalyst assistant for improving the yield of propylene to the cracking catalyst can significantly improve the yield of liquefied gas, the concentration of propylene in the liquefied gas and the yield of propylene.

2. Using HCSP catalyst assistant for improving the yield of propylene can increase the octane of cracked gasoline.

3. Adding HCSP catalyst assistant for improving the yield of propylene will not affect the liquid yield of the device.

4. The performance of HCSP catalyst assistant for improving the yield of propylene is at the leading level among the domestic and imported similar auxiliary currently in use.
